After exercise, enjoy a relaxed lunch or afternoon tea with homemade goodies. Time to connect with others and take a pause, or take a quiet moment to yourself and stroll around the grounds.
Slow down, stretch, release.
The afternoon is a slower the pace. Stretching and gentle Pilates helps release tension, improve mobility and restore balance to the nervous system. The guided relaxation gives you the space to fully unwind and let go.. many people fall asleep or go into a very deep state of relaxation.
