Fitwoman Pilates retreats- a day to enjoy, recharge and relax
Take this time out of your busy life with a like minded small group. Body conditioning exercises will fire up the larger muscles, 2 xPilates classes get to the deep core, with stretches to remove any tension. Relaxation allows your mind to have the space it needs to reset and refocus. Lunch and coffee is a great time to catch up, reset and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Freeland Hall is situated in the village of Freeland, Witney, West Oxfordshire, a newly build, bright and spacious village hall with a heated floor and landscaped gardens which we will use to exercise in, weather permitting!
Retreat and Rewild is in the heart of the Cotswolds. The studio is within Farm Buildings, a stylish space which has been created for people to “rest and reconnect to yourself, and to nature”. The space includes an outside paddock, inside welcome coffee area and bright airy studio. www.retreatandrewild.co.uk
Pilates
After a short comfort break, I will guide you through the Dynamic Pilates programme, improve flexibility, and strengthen. After lunch enjoy slower Pilates with stretching. I will tailor and adapt exercises so you get the most from the session and finish with a sense of achievement.
A warm welcome
Expect a warm and friendly welcome from the fitwoman community. Each retreat starts with a big welcome with opportunity to get to know the group.
Guided relaxation
Following exercise, your mind and body is now ready to relax, get comfy with a pillow and blanket as I guide you through a relaxation program. You will finish feeling refreshed and focused.
Body conditioning
Trainers stay on for the first 30 minutes of body conditioning, get your heart rate up with some group exercises including gentle jogging, static body weight moves, and resistant band work, which will make you feel energised, warmed up and ready for the activities ahead.
Lunch or Coffee
I love to treat my clients to top quality goodies, either buffet style lunch from Waitrose/ M&S, with homemade cakes and fresh coffee or our catering partner www.cocoandroses.co.uk
There is also time to enjoy the company of the group and explore the beautiful grounds.
