We are constantly told the benefits of moving our body, to keeping us in good physical shape, improve our balance, keep a good posture, positive mental health, and digestion too.

This can be easier to make happen when at home but when on holiday or travelling it gets harder to keep to a routine and ironically our need for moving the body and Pilates increases.

In a car/ plane - mobility please! sitting still until your body fuses into a sitting position. We’ve all been there. Stand up, rotate the spine, roll your shoulders and grab a quick mobility video under 10 mins

Hotel room - travelling? lonely? couneract both by grabbing a 20 minute Pilates session in your room. Im my “glamorous fashion days” of working in a corporate job i used to fly to New York and found I suffered from constipation throughout the trip. NOT what you want.. how i wish i’d known about Pilates and how a few moves could help get the digestion system working..

Coming back from illness.. a 60 minute class may feel too much. Ease into better heath with the short videos

By a pool - keep feeling lose and swim wear happy by adding in a couple of short Pilates videos on holiday. Feel good for the rest of the day..
