Does this sound familiar?

You've tried general exercises and general classes but they do not target the area that you need to be a stronger, more balanced rider with less risk of falling off!

This is totally normal! We get to a stage where riding is our happy place, our way to find ourselves again after a busy week and the stress of life. We also know as time has moved on, our balance has reduced and we are not sitting as stable in the saddle as we used to.

This course is a simple yet effective way to give you back balance and stability, allowing you to ride with more confidence and control, knowing your body is right there, matching your passion and your heart’s desire.

❋ You are busy! You don’t have time to waste on general exercises.
❋ You love your riding and want to get on and enjoy without the unease in your mind that you don’t have the balance that you use to have and a fall is just up ahead.
❋ You’d like to dismount and walk down the yard without looking like a stiff duck.
❋ You feel wobbly in the saddle and when there’s a jump or a need to lean back when riding downhill you question “ have i got it in me to sit this one?”
❋ Deep down, you worry will there be a time when your body forces you to stop riding before your heart is ready.
❋ You want to keep riding, and want to be brave but find yourself taking the safer option (again) as you know that your body isn’t as strong as it once was and wont bounce anymore if you fall.

Imagine…

…if instead of just “sitting” on the horse, you felt you could “hold” yourself in a stronger position in the saddle.

  • You look forward to getting on and getting out there

  • You feel less worried that you will fall and hurt yourself

  • You feel more at one with the horse rather than just a passenger

  • You’re more balanced and empowered in the saddle

  • You feel calmer, more reassured and empowered in your riding

That is exactly what Stable in the Saddle was created for. To empower you to get more enjoyment out of your riding through reclaiming the strength and balance you had in your youth and choosing where and what you want to ride.

Stable in the Saddle is a self-paced online course for the person who loves to ride and wants to improve their riding experience. By strengthening your core, riding becomes less of a hairy experience and more enjoyable as you develop the muscles in your core to improve your balance. Over 6 modules with short video lessons, weekly check in/ feedback and practical steps that you can put into action straight away.

This course is for you if:

  • You want to enjoy your riding and ride without fear, but know your balance has reduced.

  • You don’t want to risk falling, so ride with more caution then you would if you had the balance and body you used to have.

  • You prefer to learn and focus on what will make a difference rather than general exercises and can commit to 10 minutes a day, a minimum of 3 times a week.

  • You are ready to commit to making a difference to your riding experience and happiness.

This course isn't the right fit if:

  • You are looking for 121 coaching.

  • You are already a highly trained athlete with amazing core strength.

  • You want to make a difference but can’t commit to making the time to do the videos a minimum of 3 times a week.

  • You don’t like horses.

  • You don’t have any interest in riding.
